Our efforts have been recognised by VisitScotland, who have awarded us the “Taste our Best” award for the quality, freshness, seasonality and sourcing of our food.

** We use Fife Creamery in Kirkcaldy, one of the leading Scottish produce suppliers, for our eggs **

** Our delicious speciality bread, delivered daily, is produced by Tower Bakery, Perth **

** Ivan Woods based in Ballingry provides us with local vegetables when seasonality permits **

** Our delicious pork link sausages come from the award-winning Hunters of Kinross Butchers **

** We source our bacon from Halls of Broxburn **

** We use Loch Fyne salmon **

** Blacketyside Farm, Leven, provides us with our strawberries and raspberries from May to November **
